I am horrible at vlogging. That’s not an exaggeration. I never remember what I’m going to say. I always look at myself instead of the camera. It’s just an overall awkward experience for everyone. But sometimes I have to step out of my comfort zone, and fortunately I had a good reason to do so.
This month 20SB is speaking out against bullying, both online and off. We asked bloggers to vlog about a time they were bullied, tips for dealing with a bully, or lessons learned from being a bully. I realize now that I didn’t really share many tips or advice. Truth is, I’m not sure I can say anything that hasn’t already been said.
I’ve never had much experience with being bullied, but as you’ll see in the video I’ve had some experience with being a bully. I’ve definitely done some things I’m not proud of, many of which weren’t mentioned in my video. But my biggest regret was not being able to say that I was sorry. Scuffles with childhood friends have been forgiven and forgotten, but some actions aren’t as easy to move past.
